Dill – Marinated Salmon

Ingredients

Salmon loin
Dill
Soy sauce
Olive oil
Sherry Vinegar
Lemon
Cream
Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Remove skin from salmon loin and marinade in olive oil, soy sauce and dill for two hours.
  2. Once marinated, sear salmon in a frying pan and finish cooking in the oven.
  3. Make the sauce by adding sherry vinegar, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper, chopped dill, and cream. While whisking, slowly add olive oil to the cream mixture.
  4. Before assembling the dish, bake the salmon in the oven. Put the sauce on the plate and place the salmon fillet cut into cubes on top. Finally, decorate with a sprig of fresh dill.
