Batido verde aromático de melocotón y chía

Aromatic peach and chia green smoothie

Ingredients:

6 or 7 peaches 

8 teaspoons chia

6 fresh basil leaves

8 fresh mint leaves

6 fresh sage leaves

Handful of fresh cilantro and parsley

    Two cups of lamb’s lettuce

    1 cup arugula

    2 cups water

   1 teaspoon stevia to sweeten

Preparation:

  1. Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water overnight.
  2. In the morning pour the chia seeds together with the soaking water and the other cup of water into a blender. Add the peaches, washed and peeled, and the washed vegetables and herbs.
  3. Finally, sweeten with the stevia.
